New NASP Site Improvements
We've made some additions to our website recently. Some of the changes you'll see:
* Corporate Membership/Profile Page
* Corporate "Mini" Culture Style Survey
* Points System
* Inter-member messaging has been implemented
* Enhanced member search capabilities
* NASP Referral Partners now have the ability to track their referrals and have referred members automatically added to the partners NASP network.

Community feedback on iPad/CPSP Compatibility
The common feedback from our members has been the fact that CPSP is NOT iPad compatible. We have heard your requests and are working on making the CPSP iPad compatible. We will be converting the Flash portions of the certification to HTML5. We will announce when this conversion is complete.
Corporate "Mini" Culture Style Survey:
A Brief Survey of Your Organization's Culture
Your organization's culture directly impacts ongoing performance and profitability. For years, we've heard CEO's describe their organization's culture as the reason for great performance. We've heard leaders describe culture with many labels including quality, empowerment, competitiveness, high performing, and others.
Most culture surveys are academic and well-suited for research. Others attempt to capitalize on popular trends and "quick fixes." They are not ideal for organizations wanting to uncover the causes of sustained performance and systemic change.
The IC-8: Culture survey measures culture precisely and identifies culture styles or archetypes that predict performance. The IC-8: Culture survey is both meaningful and practical. This brief assessment is an abbreviated survey that's meant to introduce you to the IC-8: Culture and description of culture styles.
This brief survey isn't meant to be definitive. Instead, it's a short way to begin thinking about your culture and how it contributes to performance. It's a way to get a glimpse of your culture and "how things are done." To introduce yourself to the IC-8: Culture assessment and learn about the cultural archetypes, invest a few minutes answering the following questions.

Congratulations to the CPSP L1 class of April 18, 2012! We had several new NASP staff members take the CPSP L1 certification. Every new NASP employee, partner, or affiliate is required to be CPSP L1 certified. Our products make us better in every way.
