The CPSP immerses you in the “Inner Game” of sales and influence. The program starts you off by having you create a vision; to think about your goals and what it means to be a professional, and a leader within your organization. I used the program to help me develop an investment fund and the strategies I learned regarding intra- and inter-personal communication and influence helped me with dealing with not only my internal team but the various investors and others who are helping me develop this fund. As this course largely deals with sales (influence) psychology, I found myself putting what I was learning to good use right away.
